under a lemon tree

Photo-7

I’m sorry I haven’t been as present here on my blog.  As it turns out ~ I’m taking this new attempt at 'pacing' very much to heart.

On most days this kind of deliberate pacing feels really right, and then it can also feel really awkward. When you’ve been used to running yourself and your business at a certain speed, stepping it back is like learning a whole new way of being. One that I’m not so practiced at yet. But that’s ok.

While I haven’t been as present online, I have been more present in person. We left last week for a quick trip away to visit family and friends. And as is evidenced by this photo. Some days there’s nothing better.

Good for you!

Excellent. Time with friends is when you can really BE.
that looks like a wonderful gathering!
Sometimes, taking a time off helps recompose yourself. Seeing your old friends and family helps regain that strength to work and continue living. Seeing them makes us remember how wonderful life is. This photo is a clear evidence of life with beautiful people gathered on one table. Well, my grandmother used to say, food gathers people together. And it helps to relieve all the stress and negative feeling, especially when you are enjoying it with close people.
