holiday cards + for the first time! gift tags!

Hc20109

These arrived yesterday, and I’m so excited to share them with you. I have to say they might be all time favorite holiday cards yet. LOVE them.

Hc201011

And! for the first time I made *very few* sets of gift tags ~ let me just say: Santa Panda, and that is all.

Holidaytag2

You can find them  all over at the shop, and orders placed through the end of the day tomorrow will ship out this Saturday. The holiday spirit is beginning to sneak in...via penguins in hats ;)

Cards are just lovely! The person who gets it can feel the happiness and love twice as strong when the card is hand made! Thanks for great ideas!

Posted by: Lacitis | 11/24/2010 05:28:27 AM

Nice work :-) My great-aunt makes these kind of 3D cards, with layers of foamy plastic beneath the pictures! Maybe an idea to use with Xmas cards as well? It takes a bit more effort, but the effect should be cool with popped-up snowflakes, santas and snowmans ^_^

Cheers,

Hey Marisa,

Nice cards you make! I really love your motto. I think the same 'everyone is creative'.
It is my daily job to let people be creative. I see every day smiling people when they see what they can create.

I say, when everyone who gives a reaction on this blog, buy a postcard and send it to a another person with a message about happiness and creativity, the world would be smiling.

What do you think?

I wil start. My adress is Kapelsteeg 21, 8011 PV, Zwolle

Sun on your path!

You have some amazing designs. It's my dream to start a creative business, my friends and I are planning to start up a handmade card company in the summer. We've sold a few hand painted ones here and there and feedback was positive so we want to carry on and maybe expand to other handmade gifts like quilts etc.
Are your cards handmade/drawn or printed? I think people should take more pride in making handmade things instead of choosing the quick option, it shows you care.

Did it take a long time to get started up? And is it what you expected? Can you give me any other advice to starting your own creative business its just I'm so excited to get mine up and running. My friend and I have been talking about it for a couple of years now but University has got in the way so I am awaiting graduation!

Is it a web-based business or do you sell anywhere else?

thank and it looks awesome :)
