trick and treat

Trick and treat

Quick like a bunny, a new daily painting for you. 

Yup, those are their names. 'Trick' the bear and 'Treat' the mouse. The October spirit is beginning to grab hold and thank goodness the weather is slightly cooler...so that it is even feeling the tiniest bit Fallish. Maybe I can convince Sean to carve a pumpkin tonight...I LOVE roasted pumpkin seeds.

Your new Halloween painting is adorable. My grandson has a pair of pajamas just like those. The skeleton glows in the dark.
I was shopping at my local gift card store today and guess what I saw. Your Halloween card. It was so delightful to see such a familiar piece of art and to think that I know you was even better. You and your artwork have come so far since I first met you. Congratulations!

yes, feeling the fall season. today i bought about 10 pumpkin spice candles for my home. it smells absolutely wonderful. the orange is a beautiful background color for these cuties.

This is adorable, Marisa! I am particularly enamoured of the little pumpkin trick-or-treat basket. We have one exactly like this. I will have to send you a picture of 1-year-old Nicky holding it dressed as a frog from last year. Sigh. :)

Cheryl, that is so funny! I have to be honest and say I didn't even know what a 'luchadore' was? After looking it up, of course I recognize them. I can't believe your girls want to be luchadores!! If this ends up being their costume, please share photos! :)
