what I know for sure ~ day 21

Just a couple of days before we return home now... a little subdued because we are definitely sad to be leaving. But before I say goodbye to Paris, I had to say hello to you from Paris and tell you one thing I know for sure.

I can't believe that four weeks have passed! It's been such a joy to follow your journey in Paris, and always lovely to see your videos and hear your thoughts in person. Enjoy your last couple of days and safe travels home!
Sounds like lots of wine should be consumed these next couple of days :)

Safe journeys ... I hope the seats on your return flight are more accommodating ...

and because I am a believer in casting out lots of seeds for dreams to sprout here's a little idea that I have dreamwise: wouldn't it be amazing to take a group somewhere in Europe like Italy or France for a painting class/trip? Stay in one region and paint every day with side excursions to see art and more painting? I would sign up! (are you getting my drift that I want YOU to do this dream for me? I know, you can smile politely ... but really, don't you want to do it? Wine, art, picnics, painting, Van Gogh in Arles without losing an ear?)

à bientôt! bon voyage~
It went SO fast. But, I know this is just the beginning for you both. Thanks again for sharing with others what I already know..."it" can be done!
Paris is just sooo lovely! I'm happy for you that you were able to go there.. I really wish someday I can go to that magical place..
tortellini! xo
What do I know for sure? After 7 trips to Paris myself, I know that part of her charm is in missing her. You'll be back.

See you at Squam in September.
It went so fast, can only imagine how it was for you! Has it really been a month? I'm selfishly glad you are coming home but I know you'll be back...or perhaps elsewhere? Maybe these extended work trips could be a tradition for you? Looking forward to hearing more as you process it all.
How is it almost over? It feels like you just got there! I hope you can soak up everything you want and take it all back with you. xoxo
Lovely lovely...I think we all have to make the most of wherever we are..whatever opportunities we have. Can't believe the time is flying by so quickly!
me too! thank you Shanon for always taking the time to stop by and say hi
thank you for sharing your journey to paris. i have been really enjoying the inspiration. the videos really captured "magic". I am impressed that you were able to paint as well while you were there...
You just look so happy. Even for someone who generally describes themself as happy, you just look so happy.
I liked the prop! A good glass of wine is a good way to celebrate being in France. So lovely to hear you talk some more about the experience. I completely understand the need to process before saying more about it. I know you will have very thoughtful things to say about it when you're ready for it and I look forward to that.
O.k. Lis...I am thinking about this one :) Thank you for suggesting such a dream...
merci mille et une fois. just what i needed to hear today. you are, so very lovely. welcome home.
