It has been an interesting topic and I've been stunned by how many elephants I've seen, even painted ones, since that thought to write about it popped in my head. Perhaps it is our collective unconscious that has elephants on mind... ;-)

meanwhile, had a lot of other great craft ideas to share and write tutorials for on the blog, so the 'how to paint an elephant' is still in progress of becoming a deliciously well researched post

OOh, he is so cute! For some reason, I think he's a he. Not sure why! Also I love the background color---so soft and calming.
