Enjoy your time with your mom and thank you for so much inspiration...I am loving the fish bowl! <3
Have a great time with you Mum Marisa!

You are so right- working for yourself allows you a freedom that you could never have
working for someone else.

This makes me want to visit my mom and her garden. Thanks for sharing! Enjoy your stay there :)
Yes. Here's to the freedom to be who we are and go where we like and create what we want :):) Well said, Marisa.... Enjoy your visit!
Yes, that is why we homeschool too, there is so much freedom :) I have been like this for a while since working for myself, I only teach classes in which I can cancel here and there to do things I want to do or for my family, no strict schedules here! oh and I only take students who I can feel are the same relaxed way, we have to fit together or it is too stressful!
I wish you freedom. Wow - you never fail to amaze me with your profound yet simple wisdom. I have often gone to visit my parents during the week and have forgotten that it's a beautiful benefit to self-employment.
Thank you for the reminders we all need to hear. You always say things at such great timing for me! xxx
Dear Marisa, i wish you all good things too. :) Thank you so much for the inspiration and this sweet reminder. Have a wonderful time with your lovely mama and love to both of you!
OH, thank you for helping me to remember where I was going with all those dreams of mine that are packed in my overnight bag, ready for anything! Can i say, you are a beautiful and a rare treasure... xo
I was just in Ashland last weekend (we live a bit north of there, in Roseburg) and it is lovely. You're lucky to have a family member there! Have fun! :)
Sounds like it's been a lovely green stay with your mom. I wish you continued freedom, as well! If any of that freedom sends you out to a farm house in the middle of the countryside... say in upstate NY, well all the better. I can dream, right? Whenever I hear about your heat, I just want to take you on lush waterfall hikes... I promise to know the way! Glad your cooling down in beautiful lovely Ashland.
"Can i say, you are a beautiful and a rare treasure" Right back at you Liz!
you can dream and so can I...a trip to Upstate NY would be the best to visit with you and Laura. I'll add it to the freedom wish list. xo
What a wonderful wish, thank you. Hopefully one day it will come true. Thank you for being an inspiration. Hope you are having fun with your Mom. Love her frog. You are lucky to be able to visit her and in such a beautiful place too. I miss my mom so much and hope to have the same freedom someday that you have so I can visit her and my family more often.
Thanks for sharing this lovely little piece of your freedom! It is always such an inspiring treat to come visit your blog...and thank you for wishing freedom to all of us, the world definitely need more of it out there! xo
I love this. :) I feel like we just had a little chat! How cool is that?! I'm visiting with my mom this weekend too, in Kansas. Freedom is a precious, precious thing.
Exactly what I needed to hear this morning. A lovely and inspiring message - thank you.
Hi Marisa! Just wanted to say thank you for your words of wisdom, your openess and generosity of spirit. I'm so glad that I discovered your blog. Your words, along with some Paolo Coelho, and supportive family and friends, have really spurred me on to achieve my dream of being an independent artist/maker. I've finally opened my etsy shop after too long spent ruminating. The freedom to travel is definitely a huge stimulus for making this work.
Have a wonderful time with your mum and I look forward to your next video.
Your blog is really inspiring. Thank you so much for all the energy you put into it. I am opening up my business to the online world and it is really neat how deep this rabbit hole goes.
Beautiful video! I am loving the cool rain here in northern California today! Thank you for the wishes, so heartfelt and poignant. I wish you freedom too.
