Podcast #40 :: trust (2)

Fig tree

Once someone called my podcasts "love letters" to my audience. They are.
I’d like to add to that by saying, they begin as "love letters" to me. I tend to podcast about subjects that matter to me and inspire me ~ subjects that I too am trying to find my way with. And as I write them I often find that I am reminding myself of the same concepts I want to share with you. I’m learning right alongside you and maybe if I continue to share what I’m discovering we can all learn together.

Which is what Holly has done with her creativity series on decor8, of which this podcast is a "guest" today. I am calling this episode trust (2) because I recorded an earlier podcast, as it turns out exactly one year ago today called "trust the process". This episode has a slightly new twist on trusting the process and is also specifically answering some thought provoking questions that Holly asked me. So if you haven’t yet had the chance to listen to this today. Here it is! It’s about 12 minutes long. Enjoy! And remember to trust YOURSELF.

*Edit* Friday March 20 Hi everyone ~ I’m sorry about the podcast being so fussy. It seems to be randomly working depending upon which browser you are using, how many times you refresh etc. This seems to be a typepad issue, or posting error on my part as the mp3 file plays fine. As of right now, it finally seems to be loading all the way in my Safari browser. Please keep me posted if it does or does not work for you and what browser you are using. Thanks for your patience!!

Can you double check the posting of your podcast? It stops just as your are talking about fear and finance...so glad to hear one of your podcasts again!
Thanks for another awesome podcast, Marisa. You are truly an inspiration, and I love how much you speak from your heart. =)
Hi Marisa
Just noticed Lily's comment and just so you know the podcast works fine on the Decor8 site but not on yours.
As you already know I love listening to your podcasts and this one was (as usual) fantastic! Trusting yourself is very hard sometimes isn't it? But I've come this far so there's no way I'm stopping now! Thanks for being such an inspiration :)
By the way, I was able to listen to the podcast all the way through, but that was after refreshing the page. The first time it cut off towards the end, but the second time I was able to just jump to that spot and listen to the rest with no problem.
thank you Lily and Kelvin for the updates! as of right now it seems to be working but keep me posted!
HI!

I really want to listen to the podcast , I have tried many times but the downloading always stops at 40% or 52 %
I use Firefox browser :(
seems to be acting up again...sorry about that! I will have to explore this further. In the meantime, pop on over to Holly's blog where it seems to be working fine!http://decor8blog.com/2009/03/19/creativity-series-just-do-it-10/#comments
I loved the podcast. Really it hit home for me about trusting yourself. Thanks, Marisa.
I love that you say when you are really excited about something to trust that and go in that direction- I have thought that many times, but still have let doubt creep in. Thanks for that reminder. It is SO true!
Such thoughtful words - and just what I needed to hear today!
I just found my way to your website via womenwisemarketing.com. Love your artwork and I'll definitely be back:)
Hi Marisa,

What a lovely podcast, and I can tell you really thought this through completely. Your words are reassuring and were just what I needed to hear today. I received your e-mail update today and came over to see what you were doing.

Have a great day, and thank you for creating such an inspirational blog and podcasts..
Karen
