facebook finally

College girls

I’ve been avoiding this like the plague. The invitation to join facebook has been sitting in my inbox since the new year....yesterday, I gave in. 


It is SO much fun, I had no idea. I’ve already reconnected with a college friend I haven’t seen in 15 years, has it been that long???? Good Lord. Now I have a whole new thing to obsess about on the internet.

Sean has already asked me this Sunday morning if he will "now be losing me to facebook".

...maybe for a few days.

And if that’s not enough. If you don’t already know enough about me and my daily shenanigans. I’m now on Twitter too.

(I’m not making any promises as to how long I’ll be there....as much as I love the "internets" I can easily get overwhelmed ...and going outside is probably a good idea from time to time.)

I got on FB before my wife. However, she is now the FB guru in our house. She found the same thing you have, reconnecting with long lost people. She's made some great reconnects and had some life-changing discussions with some of those people.

FB is addicting!! Good luck :). I just found you today and i am so glad i did. I adore your artwork, your blog and your animals!!! So cute.
i need to get off the "internets" and get back to my own work....there are just so many fun things to look at!

Seriously! I've been on Facebook for a month or so now and it is so much fun! It's so great to connect with old friends and to see on a regular basis what they are up to. So awesome and addicting!

The thing I've learned during my short time on FB is that there is at first a FB rush: your cheeks get rosy and giddiness ensues. This is followed by a FB hangover: you remember why some of these people are no longer in your life and you feel old high school politics kick in.

Then it all settles down and you find a happy balance. =)

OMI!! I just posted this exact same post today, I joined face book this weekend, ha! Must have been a slow weekend for everyone. I even posted a high school photo and frankly it looks like you are having more fun in high school than me.
