You are my woman

Continuing on with the theme from yesterday’s post, this painting is inspired by Garbo and Riley, the cats who share our home. And the title is a bit of an inside joke in our family. Riley seems to love Garbo, and of course in true cat fashion, she seems to want nothing to do with him...but we think she’s just playing coy.

Secretly she loves him.

Ha, what a funny story behind this painting about your cats! Sometimes our cats pretend like that too but they are just being coy and then become frisky. Silly cats!

very secretly, you know those kitties and their secrets... we hd 2 kitties when I was a kid that acted like they hated each other, but when they thought no one was around, they would curl up and sleep together in a little coil... one of the childhood games was to tiptoe around the house and see if we could catch them spooning... Love this paintings Marisa...
