and they’re up + a tiny blue bear

3 x 3 in.

I’ve pushed being creative over the edge today. I ended up creating a purple "dancing bear" between yesterday and today and then I painted a tiny portrait inspired by the first blue bear. I’m usually inspired, but this is bordering on absurd. You see, all this creating in different mediums has opened up the the spigot to the creative flow even more. It’s all I can do not to paint or stitch on anything with a surface right now...

wishing you a happy creative thursday!

you can find everything in this blog post right here!

(thanks for your advice about keeping the first blue bear...after much thought I’ve decided to release her to a new home...but then again if she doesn’t get snatched up soon...she might have to stay with me after all! and she’s going to her new home! and it couldn’t be a better one, thank you so much Karen!!)

Oh, I love their sweet little faces! Your color combos are so creative too! I've just started working with fabric (always painted) isn't it fun?! It's a whole new world out there....... Happy sewing!
I LOVE THEM! I'm having the same feeling that I did when i first saw your beautiful pillows and had to buy one when eating dinner at your place. :) I love that pillow so much.
These little guys are so adorable. I am going right over to Etsy and buy one.
See you later.
Hugs,
Karen
Wow, that's so cool that I got the first one. I will truly love this little fellow. In fact, I will take him to my quilt shop and show him off to my quilting buddies.
Thanks so much for the nice compliment. You are such a dear.
Hugs,
Karen
I really like the blue bears, Marisa! What a bunch of cuties! And the blue and red contrast sure makes them stand out of the crowd.
I wanted you to know that tiny bear made it's way to Georgia today. Made me all giggle to open him up! Thanks!
Your work is wonderful! I found you from a link on Decor 8. I would love to feature something of your on my blog sometime soon, let me know what you think/want to feature. Looking forward to seeing what's to come.
