New work at the Atlanta Market

Floral Whisper 18 x 24 in.

The Atlanta Market is in full swing this weekend going through next Wednesday, July 18. If you plan on attending, I have new art that will be debuting through my licensing company, Oopsy Daisy/Studio Avo. They are at their permanent showrooms in the Merchandise Mart 10-E-20, and in the Apparel Mart 13-N-105. The painting shown above will be one of the larger canvas pieces. I’m really happy with how it turned out. And the original will be for sale here at my website soon. If your new to my work, bet you didn’t know that I used to paint more botanical designs like this one? And that I also paint larger sizes from time to time. The cutie pie animals are a completely new evolution.

Totally stunning, Marisa! This is one of my all time favorites. The colors are perfect.
I LOVE this, Marisa ... reminiscent of colonial wall murals instead of wallpaper and I am a colonial-colors & themes girl at heart. I agree with Cathy...this is wonderfully stunning.
New work is really great!! Nice colors...
this is beautiful, marisa!!
Beautiful colors, I would love to see lots more like it.
[...] 6 x 6 in. Wish granted! You see, your comments from Thursday’s post inspired today’s painting ~ similar style, and similar colors. I hope you enjoy this one. (click here to buy original) [...]
[...] I’m feeling inspired these days to start painting larger again. A year of painting small, I think it might just be time to expand. So, this week I’ve been catching up on projects to get ready for what’s next. One of my projects that was long over due was a complete website update, that also included introducing the new larger paintings gallery. All the paintings in this gallery are between 8 and 24 inches. And, there are a few special pieces listed from my earlier work (the two shown above are part of that collection). I’ve also officially released “Floral Whisper” that I shared here with you a month ago. I hope you’re having a great weekend, and I’ll be back soon with some more gocco prints, as I had another gocco-filled Saturday. [...]
